We are Reel Republic, an Independent film and video production group.

Reel Republic seeks to exist outside of conventional definitions and boundaries. We march to the beat of our own drum and salute our own flag (see the reel woman at the top left hand corner of your screen). We are continually evolving as a collective of "refugee" writers, producers, directors, actors, visual artist, etc. and believe in creating words and images that evoke emotion and positive action.

At present, Reel Republic serves as the production umbrella for its founders, Shawnee Gibbs and Shawnelle Gibbs.
